From the firm’s London headquarters, he oversees operational strategy, client delivery, and cross-border search execution across Financial Services, Information Technology, Law, and Construction.

As a senior leader within the firm, Hamzah plays a pivotal role in shaping Pioneer Group’s service model, ensuring excellence in retained search, market mapping, and strategic talent acquisition. He is deeply involved in building and maintaining relationships with global institutions, regional leaders, and high-growth enterprises, aligning the firm’s operational capabilities with its clients’ long-term objectives.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Hamzah maintains an extensive network across Europe and the Middle East, enabling the seamless connection of leadership talent to opportunities across multiple geographies. His bilingual expertise enhances Pioneer Group’s ability to bridge cultural and commercial contexts in competitive markets.

Hamzah holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Sussex and is a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional from the Institute of Risk Management.
